Well, per usual, the past three spreads of journal pages that I posted here are not showing up as I look at my last blog entry. And yet they appear when I look at it on my iphone or on the other computer.  So, I'll try TRY to download (upload?) some more...

Last Pages of My Current Art Journal

This one went really fast, and was pretty messy. Now I have to quickly make a new art journal so I'll have it ready for Misty's online "Face to Face" workshop which starts next week.




This journal was 8 x 10. I like working in that size, but don't like the fact that a whole spread is too big to fit on the scanner.

And Yet Another Art Journal (8x10)

I finally decided to buy the "right" materials to make the 8x10 teesha moore/judy wise/misty mawn journal, instead of trying to improvise with what was on hand. So...I bought the real book cloth for the binding form Dick Blick, the Fabriano Hot  Press water color paper in large sheets, and I already had purchased the 8x10 canvas boards for the covers from Michaels. I'm still learning how to deal with messy pasting covers, wrong measurements for the binding and its holes to sew the signatures.  This is after (how many) art journals I have made in the last 8-10 years.
